Founded in 1914 in Richmond, MI, Weeks Food Corp began as a small family operation with a simple philosophy: treat every customer like family. Four generations later, that philosophy remains at the heart of everything we do.

The Beginning

A family tradition of quality and service since 1914, beginning with our first slaughter house in Richmond, Michigan.

Expansion

With business continuing to expand, a new state of the art slaughter facility was constructed in 1947.

Transition

In 1986 all slaughtering was ended and the company transitioned into a box in box out wholesale distributor for the major meat packers in the country.

Now

As time goes on, our service area and product offerings continue to expand. With completion of a large warehouse expansion doubling our storage capacity in 2025, Weeks Food Corporation has become the premier distributor of quality products.
